Each painting is a moment of stillness and contemplation, an attempt to merge form with feeling.
The floral motifs are no coincidence. Observing nature teaches us so much—it brings us closer to ourselves. In watercolor, as in silence, form matters less than the state of being. Water and light, the main elements of this delicate dance, create a fleeting boundary between what is seen and what is felt.
My role is to catch and hold that boundary in my semi-abstract watercolors. The Space of Silence is a meditation, an attempt to reveal what so often remains beyond words. I invite you into this space.
