Spent the weekend out of town with friends. While everyone was busy sliding down the hill — all the way to the river — I wandered around with the dog, exploring the surroundings and hunting for references. It was a lovely day for everyone. Back in the studio, I couldn’t resist capturing the “blue hour” of twilight: frosty air, warm lights in the windows… and now I can’t help thinking I should have added the kids sliding down the hill!
