  -  Blog   -  A short winter trip

It wasn’t long, but it felt meaningful. Familiar streets, quiet corners, details that somehow stayed unchanged. I took photos without planning to paint — just collecting fragments of our trip, and atmosphere. Back home, I made a few small sketches from those photos. It’s definitely not plein air weather here now, but while working, I could feel that plein air vibe — the presence of a place, the quiet connection. These sketches aren’t about accuracy. They’re more like echoes. A way to stay connected to that town, to that landscapes.
